A homeless drug addict named Santino is helped by an old lady named Miss Mae. She aids him with the ability to clean himself and eat a decent meal. She provides him with a program for drug rehabilitation. Santino now has procured funds and attempts to bargain with a local drug dealer named Bizz Bee Z for discounted drugs.
