I have a list of ten songs that I currently listen to alot. I play these songs on loop while I work or am detoxing form powerful emotions. These songs have no current order of importance, as I am tired and judging that way would be hard (I have a hard time picking favorites). So I am going to list number one and bonus.

BØRNS | “Past Lives” (Audio) | Interscope
Past lives from BORNS , started this for me in recent memory. I really was very tired and I heard this song on a commercial. I searched hard for it and then discovered it. Man it was a good song. I really only listened to like 1, 000 times. Later, I ventured out and started out to listen to their other songs. Now, BORNS has made it to my core band listen circle. I really like this song, it was pleasing to see so many people came to love the song and the band same way I did.

Tupac : Pain
Pain, this is one of my favorite songs ever. This song has gotten me through so many hard emotional spots. If it weren’t for this song, I might not be here typing this message today. I love every part of this song, the lyrics and me really sync on a soul level. It has always calmed me no matter how angry and or sad (spectrum of emotions I experienced as a child to an adult). There are times I have contemplated violence against those that have serially wronged me. I can say that this really helped me to find strength to put up with it more, look for new ways to grow while ignoring the hindering actions. This song functions as a shock of pain, that seems to stimulate my internal regulation functions, so I can go back to normalcy.
Side Note
–When I started this I had not slept in a long time. Honestly I thought the title was something very different than what it was, lol. I have only slept an hour as of writing this now but I can saw it has given me a very good outline (ideas) for what I want to do with music side stuff in the future. I will probably be personalizing more of the stuff. Not in as much of an emotional place, less frustrated and more quiet calm angry (didn’t sleep because I was once again correcting errors from the same source, doing the exact same site and schedule breaking actions).
I will add the bonus track as I did have a song that sparked it all off the playlist loops. I will be trying to add back Rj Shares which is what this kinda is but never had time literally to do. Now back to the list-Rj Knights The Top 10 songs currently most listened to songs(while working) #3 & #2
