I wasn’t initially that impressed by Chance The Rapper when I was first introduced to him a few years back. That said, his sophomore mix tape Acid Rap, changed my opinion on him completely. Here I felt like Chance seemed more polished and more compelling than what I heard from him previously. Although Chance is from Chicago making him the only rapper on this list not from the South. Chance‘s fusion of heart warming singing and eccentric rap verses earned him his spot on this list. If your a big fan of Andre, I think there is a good chance that you will enjoy Chance the Rapper.
